Data Security
ImportFeed is hosted on Amazon’s AWS platform. Amazon’s data center operations have been accredited under ISO 27001, SOC 1 and 2, PCI Level 1, and FISMA Moderate.

Payments Security
We neither store nor transmit your credit card information. We use Paddle, a PCI DSS SAQ A Compliant sales platform to handle all sales transactions. All of our data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Network Security
We restrict access to our production networks and require multi-factor authentication and encrypted connections. All data in transit is SSL encrypted. We also use intrusion detection methods to identify and automatically block potential security threats.
Backup and Recovery
We use multiple system instances to ensure availability and uptime. We maintain daily backups, with an RPO of 24 hours or less.
