ImportFeed is the data controller of your personal information collected through our Service.

- Your password and e-mail address when you register for an ImportFeed account
- Profile information you provide
- Organization information you provide
- Any billing information you provide, such as address
- Any Content you upload or insert to the Service
- Any information or files that you (or your clients) send to us or send through our Service (including the content of and metadata associated with those documents, files or communications – referred to in this policy as “Content”)
- Any communications between you and ImportFeed (on email or otherwise)
Before you disclose to us the personal information of another person or User, you must obtain that person's consent to both the disclosure and the processing of that personal information following the terms of this policy. This includes where any Content contained in your clients’ documents or files includes personal information. In respect of that Content, we will act as a processor of the personal information and process and use it only following your instructions. You will remain the controller of that information.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service. This log file information may include, but is not limited to, your:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser type and version
- Pages you visit on our service, time spent on those pages, and actions made.
Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with Content. For instance, metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of Content was collected and how that content is formatted. Users can add or may have metadata added to their Content including a hashtag (e.g. to mark keywords when you post a photo), geotag (e.g. to mark your location to a photo), comments or other data. This makes your Content more searchable by others and more interactive.
Analytics (non-identifying data)
We may partner with selected third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel, to better understand how users interact with our websites, including what pages are visited most, as well as other analytical data.
How do we use this information?
We use your information to, but not limited to, support and improve our service, mainly:
- Store information so you will not have to re-type on your next visit to the Service
- Measure, test, monitor and improve our Service
- Diagnose or fix technical problems

Legal requests and preventing harm

As required by law, ImportFeed does not retain data any longer than is required for attaining the purposes for which they were collected.

You agree that we are not responsible for any third-party access you authorize to your Content. Any usage of a third-party app, website or service that you authorize is at your own risk. That includes, but not limited to, any applications, websites, or services linked to or from our Service. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party application, website or service, including those that have a link on our Services, are subject to that third party's terms and policies.
Your right of access, right of rectification, right to object and right to data portability
If you would like to have access to your data, if you would like to change or delete your data and/or if you would like to transfer your data or have your data transferred to a third party, then please contact us at email@example.com.
Safety and security
We take technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss or unlawful processing. We take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to any email exchange between you and our team.
