Do you offer white label?

What if we exceed our plan limit?

When your account's limits are reached, you'll continue receiving files for a reasonable amount in excess of you plan. You will need to upgrade to a bigger plan, but we will work with you to do so without interrupting your workflow.

Can I extend my free trial?

The free trial is 45 days. If you feel you need a little more time to understand if ImportFeed suits your needs, contact us for an extension.

How long are your contracts?

We offer month to month contracts in addition to discounted annual contracts. Contact us and get started with an annual plan.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. You can cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle and retain access until the end of your subscription period.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit card. For annual subscriptions, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes. Based on your billing address, we will apply state and local sales tax to your total charge.

Do you offer a discount for nonprofits?

We are happy to offer eligible nonprofit organizations a discount on our Office or Business annual plans. Contact us for details.

Do you offer phone support?

Yes. We offer phone support options for Enterprise customers. We offer email support during business hours, 8AM - 6PM Eastern Time.

Protecting your privacy and data is our first priority. We do not store any actual credit or debit card data. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure data centers, implement firewalls and enforce access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information.
